Booking and Payment

Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a signed service agreement and any required deposit. All payment terms, cancellation policies, and rescheduling provisions are set forth in your individual service agreement.

Intellectual Property

All content on filmedbyjoe.com — including videos, photos, written copy, branding, and design — is the property of Filmed by Joe and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. For client work: Filmed by Joe retains copyright to all footage and films we produce. Clients receive a personal-use license to share and enjoy their films as outlined in their service agreement. Filmed by Joe reserves the right to use client footage for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not:
